Jo Beth told her gynecologist about the cramps during sex.  He
was both sympathetic and fascinated.  He said he had never
heard of that occurring before.  He had a suggestion:  since
menstrual cramps happen when prostoglandins cause uterine
contractions, he suggested that Jo Beth take Naproxen, an
anti-prostoglandin, 30 minutes prior to lovemaking.

It worked--Yay!  Now Jo Beth could once again enjoy sex--as long
as it wasn't spontaneous.
